1. Parties to this agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("Buyer") and Sparkly Group LLC ("Ticketsup", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United States of America. By purchasing tickets or reserving tables through ticketsup.city, you accept these terms in full.
2. Ticket purchases and reservations
By completing a purchase on Ticketsup you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older, or have the authorization of a legal guardian. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Ticketsupacts as an intermediary platform between the buyer and the event organizer.
3. No-refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a purchase is completed, except in the cases described in section 4. We recommend verifying all event details before making your purchase.
4. Event cancellation or changes
If an event is canceled by the organizer, Ticketsup will notify buyers by email. A full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days following the official cancellation. If an event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the buyer cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund within 7 days of the change being announced.
5. Ticket transfer
Tickets purchased on Ticketsup are personal and non-transferable, unless the event organizer expressly allows it. Reselling tickets above their original value is prohibited and may result in the ticket being canceled without a refund.
6. Event access
Presenting the QR code or purchase confirmation is required for entry to the event. Ticketsup is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or shared without authorization. The event organizer reserves the right of admission.
7. Liability
Ticketsup is a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the organization, quality, safety, or execution of events. Sparkly Group LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer in the event of a technical failure directly attributable to the platform.
8. Privacy and personal data
Personal information collected during purchase (name, email, phone number) is used exclusively to process your transaction and send you information related to your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except when required by law or necessary to process payment through Stripe.
9. Changes to these terms
Sparkly Group LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
